303 St. Marks New Two Family Residence; Brooklyn, NY

This project dealt with the purchase of a vacant land, designing and constructing a new building. The exterior facade, of this two and a half story 3,000 sq. ft. structure, is a juxtaposition of a porcelain red brick layered over a plane of fiber-cement board veneer. A portion of the interior is a double height space intented to allow more indirect natural light.
