Artist studio with a minimal edging as a contrast to the well detailed late 19th century carriage house. The former structural floor was removed and replaced with a composite structural steel and concrete floor. The exterior doors were redesigned to mimic a late 19th century barn door look. The interior and exterior lighting were designed by Paul Merwin.
